			What is corporate Housing?

			Corporate housing is a perfect alternative to an extended stay hotel. We provide one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes in any location, fully furnished with everything you'll need to make your stay feel like home. back to top How does Corporate Housing differ from an Extended Stay hotel? At approximately 750 square feet, a corporate apartment is two to three times larger than an extended stay room of approximately 300 square feet. A corporate apartment provides real bedrooms with doors and privacy, plus multiple baths in two and three bedroom suites. Unlike hotels, corporate apartments are not located along highways; instead, they're tucked into residential neighborhoods like real homes for greater safety and privacy. back to top How long can I stay with ExecuStay? Our minimum stay is only 7 days, but there is no maximum length of stay! Our guests have stayed with us from 7 days to over 3 years! back to top Can I bring my pets with me? Most of the apartment communities that we work with allow pets, however each community has its own rules and regulations. When pets are permitted, there may be a pet weight limit and pet damage deposit. back to top Where is ExecuStay located? Our apartments are located in many of the finest apartment communities throughout the city. We can provide a corporate apartment for you near your job, your new house, your children's school - even your favorite golf course. back to top How much does a corporate apartment cost? Our rates will vary depending on the size apartment you need, the location, the furniture package you choose and the length of your stay. For example, a one-bedroom apartment might be $75.00 per night for a 6-month stay or $84.00 per night for a one-month stay. Our rates include all utilities and furnishings. There are no hidden costs, extra deposits or application fees. Back to top How do I make a reservation? This part is easy. Or if you prefer the telephone, just call the ExecuStay office in the city where you need a suite or call our national office. Our accommodation coordinators will walk you through our simple process. Our customer service staff will gladly help you with any directions to your suite or to any other place in town you will be traveling. Our customer service person can personally meet you, at your request. Back to top What is included in the daily rate? The ExecuStay daily rate is all-inclusive. It includes all apartment expenses, all furnishings, housewares, linens, washer and dryer, local phone, cable, electricity, water, and trash service. And if you wish, the rates can also include housekeeping services and Internet connectivity. Back to top Why should I use a Corporate Housing company? Setting up your own temporary apartment can be very time consuming and expensive. It is usually very difficult to find short-term apartment leases.
